Description

Natural chicken breast fillets, cooked in a box, with high protein content (26%), only 1% fat and 0.5% carbohydrates (Natural flavour). The meat is chosen according to strict criteria, selecting lean cuts, consisting solely of chicken breast, which are then carefully placed in cans. Once filled, the boxes are placed in an autoclave, subjected to a sterilization process and, subsequently, rapid pressure cooking. The water contained inside represents the natural cooking process of the meat which, at high temperatures, releases all its juices. It contains no preservatives or additives and is also recommended for gluten intolerants.
